General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) of OMGN GmbH (“seller”) apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods concluded by a consumer or entrepreneur (“customer”) with the seller concerning the goods displayed in the online shop. Incorporation of the customer's own terms and conditions is hereby rejected.

1.2 These GTC apply accordingly to contracts for the delivery of vouchers.

2.1 The product descriptions contained in the online shop do not constitute binding offers.

3.1 Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.
