How do I activate my warranty?
The warranty is automatically activated at purchase. Keep your receipt – it is your proof of warranty.
What happens if my controller is irreparable?
You will either receive an equivalent replacement controller or a full refund of the purchase price.
Do I have to send in the controller myself?
Yes, but we cover all shipping costs. You will receive a free shipping label via email.
How long does a repair take?
Standard: 7-10 business days, Premium: 3-5 business days, Elite: Immediate replacement (1-2 days).
Can I transfer the warranty to another controller?
No, the warranty is tied to the serial number of the controller and is non-transferable.
What about software updates?
Firmware updates are free and provided for life. We notify you by email about new updates.

Warranty conditions of OMGN GmbH
Valid for all orders from 07/11/2024
1. General
OMGN GmbH, Johannes-Brahms-Str. 4, 72461 Albstadt (hereinafter 'warranty provider'), grants a manufacturer's warranty on certain products under the following conditions. This warranty is in addition to statutory warranty rights, which are not limited or replaced by this warranty.
The warranty applies exclusively to the first buyer and is non-transferable. The geographical scope of the warranty extends to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
2. Products covered by the warranty
The warranty applies to the following products:
- •Pre-made controllers for PS4, PS5, Xbox, and Switch
- •Custom-configured controllers for PS4, PS5, Xbox, and Switch
3. Warranty period
The warranty period is:
- •1 year from invoice date for all components listed below
- •10 years from invoice date for stick-drift on NoDrift-sticks (Hall-effect or TMR sticks), provided they were explicitly selected when ordered and the order was placed from 07/11/2024 onwards
- •90 days from invoice date for stick drift on standard sticks
4. Guaranteed components
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects in the following components:
- •Controller paint
- •Controller buttons
- •Smart Triggers
- •Smart Bumpers
- •Analog sticks
- Standard sticks: Stick drift covered up to 90 days from invoice date
- NoDrift sticks (Hall-effect or TMR sticks): 10-year anti-drift warranty (see section 5)
- •OMGN paddles
5. Special conditions of the 10-year anti-drift warranty (only for NoDrift sticks)
The 10-year anti-drift warranty applies exclusively to controllers equipped with NoDrift sticks (Hall-effect or TMR sticks) and whose order was placed from 07/11/2024 onward.
5.1 Scope
This warranty covers stick drift only. Stick drift occurs when the stick deviates more than 12% (≥ 1.2 in any direction) in the neutral position without user input. Deviations below this threshold are considered technically permissible tolerance and are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty applies exclusively to normal, usual private use.
5.2 Exclusions (no warranty claim)
Excluded from the warranty are in particular:
- ×mechanical wear (e.g. pressed-in L3/R3 buttons, loose stick caps)
- ×Damages caused by improper use, violence (e.g. throwing, strong pressing), drops, external influences or dirt
- ×Damages caused by unauthorized repair attempts or modifications
- ×Damages resulting from commercial or professional use
6. Warranty services
In case of warranty, the warranty provider may at its discretion choose the following options:
- •Free repair of the affected component
- •Free replacement of the affected component with an equivalent spare part
A refund of the purchase price is excluded under this warranty. The warranty period is not extended by a warranty service.
7. Warranty claim procedure
The following steps are necessary to assert the warranty:
Contact the warranty provider:
- •Send the controller to the above address. The buyer bears the shipping costs for the shipment. In case of a justified warranty claim, OMGN covers the return shipping costs.
- •Provide a copy of the invoice as proof for the warranty period.
- •For anti-drift warranty: Provide video proof documenting the drift deviation (≥ 1.2) in neutral position.
- •The goods must be packed securely to avoid transport damage.
8. Exclusions
Warranty claims are excluded in case of:
- ×normal wear
- ×improper or abusive treatment
- ×violence (e.g. throwing, strong pressing)
- ×unauthorized repair attempts
- ×environmental influences (heat, moisture, corrosion)
- ×commercial or professional use
9. Important note
This manufacturer's warranty does not limit your statutory warranty rights. In case of defects, you can always contact us under statutory warranty rights – regardless of whether a warranty case exists.
